Knovix AI ("we," "our," or "us") operates the academic platform located at knovixai.om-crafts.in (the "Platform"). Because our services involve the immediate provisioning of digital assets and real-time computation capabilities upon purchase, we enforce a strict policy regarding monetary returns.
1. Finality of Digital Sales
- No Refunds: All payments made on the Platform are one-time transactions and are strictly non-refundable.
- Immediate Fulfillment: Upon successful processing of a transaction, the Platform immediately unlocks access to the specified digital learning features or processing tokens for the designated account. Because this delivery is instant and intangible, all sales are considered final at the point of purchase.
2. No Recurring Obligations
